Service Rates

Our pricing is based on the level of care needed, the number of hours required, and location. Below are our starting rates:

Hourly Care (Minimum 4-hour shift required)

 $25 – $55 per hour (based on care needs & location)

Daily Care (8+ Hours)

Starting at $180 per day

Overnight Care (12 Hours, Non-Medical Support)

Starting at $250 per night

24-Hour Care (Shift Rotation for Continuous Care)

 Starting at $400 per day

We currently accept self-pay with the following payment methods:

•Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)

•Zelle or Cash App (Fast & secure transactions)

•Bank Transfers (Direct deposit for long-term arrangements)

•Cash Payments (Receipt provided upon request)

Upcoming Payment Options (Fall 2025)

We are working towards accepting additional payment options, Long-Term Care Insurance (For clients with qualifying coverage),  Medicare Advantage Plans (Select plans may cover non-medical home care)
